Totem takes great pride in the quality of its products and strives to provide consumers with an overall positive product experience. As such, totem stands behind its products with the following warranties:

Policy & Warranty Applicability
  • Products purchased from Totemgoods.com
  • The product must be in its original packaging including all content in perfect resellable condition.
  • Product must be unused. Used screen & lens protectors cannot be returned.
 Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and failure to perform as intended. Covers any Damages to the product incurred under normal use during the lifetime of the product from Drops, daily wear and tear and installation failures.
Exclusions Products not purchased from Totemgoods.com must be returned to the original place of purchase with the proof of purchase. Damages to the product incurred under normal use during the lifetime of the product from Drops, daily wear and tear and installation failures. The lifetime of the product for products from the day ordered to the day the product is phased out of production. A replacement product is eligible for the same lifetime and same model.
Remedy Replacement at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or refund the purchase price of the product. Replacement of the product with a product that is of equal value. The replacement product is only covered by a ninety (90) day warranty from the time of replacement and is not subject to the two year warranty. For issues that fall under the scope of the policy, Totem will provide replacements to the customer at a discounted rate of 50% of original product price.

30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products purchased directly from Totemgoods.com. Purchaser shall have the option to replace the product at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or receive a refund of the purchase price.

Please also note that the product must fulfil the following:
  • The product must be in its original packaging including all content in perfect resellable condition
  • Screen Protector and Lens Protector must be unused

Once we have received your package and our QC team has verified the contents meet the conditions above, we will contact you and offer you the option of either a refund, store credit or an exchange.

Products purchased through Amazon.in and Flipkart.com must be returned pursuant to those retailers’ return policies.



2-YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Totem warrants these Products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damages caused by operating the product outside of its intended use, or loss.

If a valid claim is made during the applicable period, Totem, at its option, will either:

  1. Replace the product.
    2. or
  2. Exchange the product with a product that is of equal value.

This 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:  

  1. Drops.
  2. Installation failures.
  3. Normal daily wear and tear.
  4. Misuse and/or mishandling of product.

To obtain this warranty service, please contact us with a valid proof of purchase and two (2) photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater.

To make a warranty claim for a product purchased from Amazon.in or Flipkart.com, Purchaser must register the product at Totemgoods.com.

*Totem does not warrant and is not responsible for the repair or replacement of any smartphone, accessories, or other device made by anyone other than Totem.



LIFETIME REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

The below policy is applicable to all the products sold by Totem.

Totem warrants the product against wear and damage during the lifetime of the device for which the product was purchased. For products that are not device specific, Totem warrants the product against wear and damage for as long as the Purchaser owns the product.

The Replacement Program Policy covers any Damages to the product incurred under normal use during the lifetime of the product from:  

  1. Drops.
  2. Installation failures.
  3. Normal daily wear and tear.

Totem reserves the right to replace the damaged product at a discounted rate of 50% of the original price paid by the customer. Please note that the policy is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.

To obtain a replacement, you must first Contact Us with a valid proof of purchase and at least 2 photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

To make a warranty claim for a product purchased from Amazon.in or Flipkart.com, Purchaser must register the product at Totemgoods.com.
